Custodian (2nd Shift) – Chancey Elementary School )
Location:
CHANCEY ELEMENTARY
Salary: $16.13/hr – $19.24/hr, Critical Need Stipend $3.50/hr.
Working Calendar: 261 days, 8.0 hours.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provides efficient, quality cleaning (housekeeping) tasks in District buildings following established practices, standards, and methods under the direction of the supervisor.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to perform basic commercial cleaning (housekeeping) tasks in schools and office buildings.
- Ability to use/operate commercial cleaning equipment.
- Effective communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a diverse workplace.
At this time, bids on this custodial opening are being accepted from presently employed custodians, sub‑custodians, and JCPS employees with the required housekeeping training.
