We are looking for a reliable Facility Custodian to maintain the company's facilities in a clean and presentable manner. A great Custodian will have a solid understanding of cleaning chemicals and tools. They will be well-versed in health and safety regulations.

The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations.

• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities, plans, and checklists
• Maintains inventory of custodial supplies and equipment
• Carry out inspections of janitorial tools to identify and resolve issues
• Check bathroom fixtures to ensure functionality
• Monitor equipment inventory and alert Maintenance Manager when necessary
• Clean bathrooms, common areas, break rooms, offices, and custodial closet space
• Keep custodial logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• Empty trash collection bins from Production floor
• Stocking consumable items such as hygienic tissue, paper towels, stirrers, coffee supplies

• High School diploma preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a team player
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, ability to be proactive
• Experience in planning custodial operations
• Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted, using safe lifting techniques, above shoulder level
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Standing for extended periods of time
• Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) — carrying supplies, or packaging materials
• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

The base range is $26, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
