Perform day-to-day facility maintenance and repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, fixtures, and lighting
· Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment; document and report findings
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent facility issues; act as a first responder to system failures when needed
· Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot facility issues to minimize downtime
· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall safety of the facility and surrounding areas
· Set up, break down, and relocate furniture, equipment, and materials as required
· Ensure supply rooms and bathrooms are properly stocked at all times
· Perform cleaning duties when required
· Coordinate and oversee vendors and outside contractors for specialized repairs or larger projects
· Assist with facility-related projects and improvements
· Monitor and respond to security and safety concerns
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
· Work indoors and outdoors, including at heights, as required
· Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner
· Be available to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed---Required
Skills & Qualifications
· Working knowledge of general maintenance systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and take ownership of issues
· Hands-on experience using hand and power tools, multimeters, and basic diagnostic equipment
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks throughout the day
· Comfortable working in various weather conditions and at heights
· Strong communication skills; able to interact professionally with management and staff
· Reliable, punctual, and highly dependable
· Proactive mindset; identifies and addresses issues without waiting to be directed
· Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
· Team player with a strong work ethic and pride in maintaining the facility### About Us
