You’ll start your day around 8 a.m., heading directly from home to your first client’s residence. Each day involves cleaning 2 to 4 homes, depending on their size and cleaning needs. Your work follows a clear checklist to maintain high standards, and you’ll use company-provided tools and uniforms. Communication happens mainly through an app, with your team leader available for support and coaching.

The role requires physical activity like bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the day.

• Training pay: $16.00/hour;
  Regular pay: $17–$18/hour based on performance
• Referral bonuses, client tips, holiday pay, and retirement match included
• 25–30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, no weekends
• Most jobs within 30 minutes of your home, start from home daily

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Eligibility for background screening to ensure client and team safety
