RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of multifamily properties, manage grounds, and support make-ready units. The role includes mowing, pruning, cleanup, and preventive maintenance to keep properties in top condition.
On-site work with routine responsibilities and coordination with management and residents. Experience in basic maintenance, lawn care, and painting tasks is a plus; weekend hours may be required.
