Join Casper’s Ice Cream and help keep the equipment running behind our well known Fat Boy Ice Cream novelties. This is a hands on role for someone who knows how to troubleshoot, fix problems quickly, and keep production moving.
What You Will Do- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and machinery
- Diagnose issues with PLC and HMI systems
- Fabricate, adjust, and replace parts to minimize downtime
- Track maintenance trends and support continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain parts inventory and order supplies as needed
- Work closely with operations to keep production running efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Weekend Grave Shift: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
- Enjoy 4 days off every week!
- Starting pay is based on your skills and experience
- Minimum starting pay is $28.00/hr. including shift differential

- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, including PLC and HMI systems
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Experience using power tools and maintenance equipment
- Understanding of OSHA safety standards
- Solid communication and time management skills

- Work performed in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and moving equipment
- This role involves working around industrial machinery and may include exposure to electromagnetic fields generated by production equipment
- Exposure to food allergens, including peanuts and tree nuts including contact with skins, oils, and dust generated during processing and grinding
