As a member of our team, you'll utilize cutting‑edge technology like the Robotic Total Station to pinpoint the perfect locations for pipe and duct hangers, sleeves, and floor openings. But that's not all; you'll also collaborate with our QA/QC CTM to explore groundbreaking tech that could revolutionize our industry. You'll be on the front lines, marking the groundwork for underground services and performing precise point layouts with our state‑of‑the‑art tools.

• Mark ground at jobsites for underground services to be installed
• Perform point layout on jobsites using Robotic Total Stations for field team to install anchors and/or sleeves
• Visit jobsites weekly and perform site captures with iPad and 360 camera (Ricoh Theta Z1)
• Upload site capture data to current web based program
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety rules

• Experience as a Plumber, Duct Person, or Electrician
• Ability to review and understand contract drawings, shop drawings and 3D models
• Experience using construction software (Bluebeam, Field Link, ETC.)
• High School diploma (Journeyman’s License is a plus)
