Janitorial Maintenance Tech

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality janitorial service to our commercial clients. This role requires someone who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and who takes pride in their work.

• Routine cleaning:
  Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces
• Restroom cleaning:
  Cleaning toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and restocking supplies like soap and toilet paper
• Trash removal:
  Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
• Window cleaning:
  Cleaning windows, glass doors, and mirrors
• Floor care:
  Stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing hard surface floors
• Specialty services:
  Carpet and upholstery steam cleaning, pressure washing, and event-based cleaning services
• Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to disinfect and clean commercial workplace areas
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their specific needs
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues to management
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Manage time effectively to meet scheduled appointments and deadlines

• Previous experience in cleaning or a related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment when necessary
