  M‑F 5:30pm‑9:30pm (20 hrs/week)

• Consistently provide a clean, secure and safe environment for the occupants of this facility. Regular attendance is critical.
• Perform cleaning tasks which will include trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and restroom cleaning.
• Direct staff to accomplish daily, weekly and project‑specified cleaning tasks.
• Train, supervise, develop and motivate the janitorial staff.
• Take corrective action when appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer requests and concerns.
• Complete cleaning tasks to ensure a clean building at the end of the day.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age: 18+ years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and staff. Supervision experience is required to define expectations, train staff, diagnose issues, and improve cleaning activities.
• Education and work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing member of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
• Physically able to be on your feet the entire shift and perform tasks that include walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching and lifting.
