Position Title

Dishwasher (Part-Time Seasonal) – Car Max Park, Richmond Flying Squirrels

$14.00 to $16.00

This position will be located at Car Max Park in Richmond, VA. Car Max Park is currently under construction, opening in 2026. The role is seasonal and event‑based, with a primary duration from April to September.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, wash them by hand or place them in racks or on the conveyor to the dishwashing machine, depending on assigned equipment. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using a burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
