Ensure auditorium seats are in good working order and repair broken ones in a timely manner;
Tile work and sheet rock repair;
Change light bulbs as needed and painting;
Train theatre personnel in the proper and safe way to perform minor repairs and/or maintenance;
Perform the daily inspections report
