SCA is seeking an energetic and reliable Day Porter to perform day-to-day commercial property services. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

• Operate a pick‑up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.
• Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted.
• Perform labor duties as required by team lead, such as:
• Perform litter pick‑up along highways.
• Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties.
• Use a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, change trash bags, and walk around the property to check for issues.

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.
• Ability to follow directions and read maps.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Pass and maintain drug‑free status: employment and random drug tests.
• Operate a pick‑up truck safely.
• Lift up to 40 lbs., occasionally.
• Moderate lifting—no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.
• Stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs, and bending, as required.
