Floor Tech Job Details

We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and caring employees to provide Floor Care and Project services for our clients in the Richmond area.

• Location:
  
  Richmond, VA
• Pay: $16 - $20/hr
• Hours:
  
  5:00 PM - 1:30 AM - includes some weekends
• Strip, refinish, buff, and burnish hard surface floors.
• Machine scrub tile and grout floors.
• Clean carpets using extraction, low moisture encapsulation, and roto/bonnet techniques.
• Treat and restore various types of stone floors.
• Clean upholstered furniture and cubicle panels.
• Other specialty cleaning projects.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning as needed.
• Follow all company and client rules, policies, and regulations.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum Age: 16+ years old.
• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing member of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
• Physically able to be on your feet the entire shift and perform tasks that include walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
