General Cleaner Job Details

We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and caring employees to provide janitorial services and supervision for our clients' offices in the Richmond area. The role offers independent and solitary working conditions with stable hours and pay.

  Downtown Richmond
• Pay: $13.75 per hour
• Hours:
  
  M-F – 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (15 hrs/week)

• Consistently provide a clean, secure, and safe environment for facility occupants.
• Perform cleaning tasks including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Effectively and cost‑efficiently execute the cleaning plan for the building.
• Work productively with your Service Master team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer requests and concerns.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age: 16+ years.
• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing member of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
• Physically able to be on your feet the entire shift and perform all tasks which include walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
