Colonial Webb is seeking an energetic and talented Sheet Metal Foremen to provide field leadership and technical support for our Special Projects Team. As a Sheet Metal Foreman, you will fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products associated with commercial HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems. Additionally, you will direct the day‑to‑day work activities of other mechanics, apprentices, and helpers to ensure projects are completed safely and in accordance with budget and quality standards.

- Supervise and coordinate work activities for Sheet Metal Mechanics and Helpers
- Perform installation and service duties while providing guidance
- Demonstrate best practices to other mechanics, apprentices, and helpers
- Collaborate with Construction Manager and Project Manager to discuss labor and material requirements and evaluate work in progress to ensure sheet metal services meet scheduling, budget, and quality standards
- Current or previous leadership experience as Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent
- In‑depth work experience installing commercial sheet metal systems
- Strong experience in interpreting drawings and plans
- Extensive knowledge of International Mechanical Code (IMC) and SMACNA standards
- Safety‑minded with thorough knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to use judgment to make decisions independently
- High energy level to handle dynamic, evolving, and fast‑paced workload
- Initiative; self‑motivated, driven, self‑starter
- Skillful listener with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
