Facilities Maintenance Tech
Our client, a retail shopping center operator, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the physical plant of the shopping center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to doing the right thing, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
Richmond, VA
Pay Range: $20/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
What's the Job?
- Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various building systems
- Operating hi-lifts, trash compactors, freight lift, and trucks
- Repairing, modifying, and moving mall furniture and fixtures
- Performing minor roof, floor, and plumbing repairs
- Assisting with maintaining inventory records and supporting HVAC maintenance
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of Facilities Maintenance experience or similar
- 2 years of technical school graduation or certification preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
