Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Tech in Richmond VA to join their dynamic team. As a Field Service Tech, you will be an essential part of the service department, supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. ** Regular Day Shift

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of press brakes and shearing equipment at customer sites.

+ Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal equipment performance.

+ Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional technical support.

+ Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to promote a safe working environment.

* + Basic technical knowledge of press brake and shear machinery.

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
