Position Summary
Assist Floor Technician Supervisor with training associates in floor care duties and perform floor stripping/waxing as requested by the Multi‑Site Manager, Sr. Manager or Director.
ResponsibilitiesThe associate in this position has supervisory responsibility for designated associates in their department.
Education / Experience / Certification- High School Diploma / GED not required.
- 2 years of experience in a related field required.
- Valid state driver’s license, insurance and satisfactory driving record required.
- Associates must successfully pass a criminal background check and a sex‑offender check. No computer skills or professional certifications required.

Associates may have access to confidential information (CI) and must be familiar with Goodwill policy 11.01 and follow all related procedures to protect privacy and security of CI.
Physical Demands / Work Environment / Work Conditions- Required to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting/carrying of up to 25 pounds.
- Work in a moderate environment with occasional exposure to extreme conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).
- Must travel throughout the Goodwill service area; may be required to assist with snow removal.
- Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as business needs dictate.
