• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in painting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or electrical work required.

Support the venue by keeping facilities safe, clean and fully operational.

• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on facility equipment while monitoring and restocking supplies and materials.
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and work spaces and respond to facility‑related requests from fellow play makers.
• Conduct safety checks, report hazards or issues, and support facility security measures and access control.

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb.
• Comfortable with bending, stooping, carrying.
• Expect to be on feet most of the day.

• Earn up to $15.50 per hour based on previous work experience.
