Role Summary The Onsite Maintenance Lead / Facilities Manager is responsible for the leadership, administration, maintenance, preservation, safety, and appearance of all Association-owned facilities, amenities, equipment, infrastructure, and common areas.

Responsibilities Leadership and Staff Management Supervise, mentor, train, and develop Maintenance and Grounds personnel

Conduct hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and employee development activities

Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and emergency coverage

Facilities and Grounds Operations Oversee maintenance and appearance of all Association-owned facilities and amenities

Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance, repair, replacement, and safety needs

Ensure facilities remain safe, attractive, and operational

Preventative Maintenance Program Administration Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs

Maintain maintenance records and service histories

Implement long-term corrective solutions for recurring issues

Work Order and Cira Net Administration Manage maintenance work orders through Cira Net or Association software
