Maintenance Worker Full-Time | Part-Time | All Shifts Available

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to support the daily upkeep of the facility, grounds, and equipment. This role helps ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

This position is well suited for someone who takes pride in practical work, follows safety standards, and can respond to day‑to‑day repair needs in a healthcare setting.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general facility repairs
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain facility grounds, parking areas, and exterior spaces
• Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and minor hardware as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs
• Follow infection control, safety, and fire prevention procedures
• Use tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies safely and correctly
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or supply needs to supervisor
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner
• Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements

• Prior maintenance or repair experience preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of tools and general repair tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Ability to work independently and accept direction

• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment and supplies
• Working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Exposure to tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
