Maintenance Laborer

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Laborer to join their team. As a Maintenance Laborer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational efficiency and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Laborer

Pay Range: $25.00

Shift: 1st shift - 6am-6pm Sun-Wed/Sun-Tues alternating. 2nd shift 6pm-6am Wed-Sat/Thur-Sat alternating

What's the Job?

• Lead and support maintenance activities to ensure equipment and production lines operate smoothly.
• Assist in executing routine and emergency repairs on machinery and facilities.
• Help develop maintenance plans for new production lines and facilities.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation related to equipment and processes.
• Respond promptly to operational issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with attention to safety protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior maintenance experience is a plus.
