Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Lead Floor Technician for the Richmond area. This night-shift role (Mon to Fri, 9 pm to 5:30 am) supports the Floor Technician Supervisor, trains associates, and performs floor stripping and waxing as requested.
You will drive a company van, ensure high-quality floor care, and coordinate with management to meet schedule and safety standards across Central VA.
