Maintenance Supervisor

Lawson Operating Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The View at Belle Isle, a multifamily community. This role oversees day-to-day maintenance operations, including scheduling, work order management, and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. The supervisor leads and trains maintenance technicians, coordinates with vendors, ensures unit turns are completed on time, and maintains safety and compliance standards.

You'll support a high-quality resident experience, manage maintenance budgets and inventory, respond to emergencies, and uphold Lawson's values of integrity, service, and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for the community
• Manage, prioritize, and complete resident work orders
• Lead, schedule, and train maintenance staff and contractors
• Perform and oversee repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Coordinate and complete unit turns within required timelines
• Implement and track preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain safety, code compliance, and property standards
• Manage maintenance inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Support after-hours emergency maintenance response
• Contribute to positive resident relations and customer service
