Dogwood Terrace by Barclay House is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support building and grounds maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping. Responsibilities include documenting maintenance records, refurbishing vacated apartments, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and fire safety standards.
The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30a–4:30p on-site, with duties spanning routine inspections, supplier coordination, and providing orientation to new staff.
