Janitorial Porter

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a dependable Janitorial Porter to support clean, safe, and welcoming facilities for our retail and industrial clients. In this role, you will perform routine cleaning, trash removal, restroom sanitation, floor care, and light maintenance tasks while following strict safety and quality standards. You will respond to service requests, restock supplies, and monitor high-traffic areas. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling, transport waste safely to designated areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and spot-clean hard floors; vacuum carpets and entry mats
• Monitor and restock paper products, soap, and other supplies
• Respond to on-call cleanup and porter requests throughout the shift
• Operate cleaning tools and equipment safely and per guidelines
• Follow all safety, PPE, and chemical handling procedures
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, and supply needs to supervisor
• Support a professional, customer-facing environment for clients and visitors
