Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee one of our student housing communities in Richmond, VA. This full-time role, reporting to the Property Manager, will spend about 75% of time in the field performing maintenance tasks, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring superior service to residents.
You will supervise work orders, coordinate with vendors, manage turnovers and preventative maintenance, and contribute to the maintenance budget.
