Maintenance Supervisor

Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead property maintenance at a multifamily apartment community. In this resident-focused role, you will supervise technicians and vendors, oversee repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and manage preventive maintenance to protect the asset and ensure safety. You will coordinate unit turns, capital projects, and work orders, maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Working closely with property management, you'll support strong resident satisfaction while mentoring your team and enforcing safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance team and contractors for a multifamily apartment community.
• Perform and oversee repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure asset preservation and resident safety.
• Prioritize and complete resident service requests with strong customer service focus.
• Inspect property regularly and address safety, code, and quality issues promptly.
• Order and manage parts, supplies, and vendor services within budget guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, OSHA requirements, and regulatory codes.
• Support capital projects, unit turns, and renovations to meet leasing timelines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders in property systems.
• Collaborate with property management to support resident satisfaction and retention goals.
