Groundskeeper

Gallery Residential, a design-forward multifamily real estate company, is seeking a Part-time Groundskeeper to help maintain the curb appeal and cleanliness of our upscale apartment communities. In this resident-focused role, you will perform daily groundskeeping, landscaping support, trash and debris removal, and seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal. You will regularly inspect outdoor areas, report maintenance and safety issues, and ensure common spaces feel welcoming, safe, and visually appealing.

Working closely with site teams, you'll contribute directly to a high-quality resident experience and well-managed community environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior grounds, courtyards, and entrances
• Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, raking, and mulching
• Remove trash and debris from common outdoor areas and maintain waste stations
• Support seasonal upkeep such as snow/ice removal, leaf cleanup, and planting
• Inspect grounds, report maintenance or safety issues to property management
• Care for outdoor amenities, walkways, and hardscape to ensure a welcoming environment
• Set up and break down outdoor areas for resident events as needed
• Use hand tools and light equipment safely and in accordance with company standards
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and property appearance standards set by Gallery Residential
• Collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to support resident satisfaction
