• 
  · You will perform assigned area sweeps
• 
  · Repair refrigeration equipment and control/circuits
• 
  · Perform water treatment on cooling towers and loops
• 
  · You will perform PMI’s on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• 
  · Perform filter operations checks and replacements

• 
  · Trade School graduate on HVAC systems/Certified CFC requirements preferred
• 
  · Minimum 3 years’ experience required on installation and repair of HVAC, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility environment
