Sanitation Associate

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning and sanitation to ensure compliance with regulatory, food safety and
environmental laws
Assist in ensuring that the facility is always maintained at the highest level of cleanliness
Tasks Performed
Ensures all sanitation, equipment and facility cleaning, programs and documentation are met according to guidelines
Perform housekeeping and cleaning of facility restrooms, break rooms and common areas
Work in conjunction with other associates in cleaning equipment
Ability to disassemble and assemble equipment for cleaning
Work in wet and hot environment
Handle and apply cleaning and sanitizing chemicals safely
Follow cleaning and sanitizing procedures
Maintain sanitation equipment in a clean and organized manner
Able to follow instructions from lead
Perform other tasks as required by Team Leader
Reporting all food safety issues to an immediate supervisor
