Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and quality care
- Conduct regular rounds and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Develop and manage budgets, including labor, supplies, and equipment, to support nursing operations
- Participate in hospital-wide committees and task forces to drive quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices
- Foster strong relationships with physicians, patients, and families to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Current Illinois RN license
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
