Performs quality inspections, documents, and records inspection results;
Writes scrap ticket for rejected parts; analyzes causes;
Verify part quality, correct labels, ensure accuracy and existence of lot traceability, and that first piece production parts are in place;
Participates in corrective action processes by recommending and implementing necessary corrective actions;
Responsible for communicating with Quality Manager, Engineers, Operators and/or Operations Manager regarding quality problems or concerns
