Full‑time Retail Sales Associate available for immediate hire. Promote NRG electricity and gas services to consumers in a retail environment. Earn a first‑sale bonus, a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, and enjoy on‑the‑job training and daily pay options.

• Engage consumers within the local Walmart about NRG electricity and gas offerings.
• Assist customers in lowering their energy costs and overcoming objections.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers, offer solutions, and help them select appropriate energy plans.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Document and report sales accurately and maintain a clean, functional kiosk or retail station.
• Communicate customer activity to Retail Operations and submit required paperwork.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly and weekly sales quotas.
• Maintain low customer rejection percentages and resolve complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
