Position SummaryThe Office of Career Programs & Employer Relations seeks a motivated Student Worker to support daily operations, student engagement initiatives, and employer-related processes. This role provides frontline support to students while assisting with communications, events, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities- Assist with student communications for the office and events
- Create and manage content to enhance social media presence across platforms
- Design flyers and marketing materials using Canva
- Review and approve employer registrations and job postings in 12
Twenty - Greet and assist students, employers, and visitors to the office
- Provide peer support on resumes, cover letters, job search strategies, and interview preparation
- Perform additional duties as assigned
The Student Worker reports to the Office Manager and collaborates with professional staff within the Office of Career Programs & Employer Relations.
Qualifications- Open to undergraduate students (freshman through senior)
- Ability to learn and use software platforms such as 12
Twenty and Canva - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Dominican University
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States
