The Brennan School of Business is seeking a motivated student employee who would like to work in a professional office environment.
Hours Needed:
Monday: 8:30-10:30am
Tuesday: 12:00-2:00pm
Wednesday: 4:30-6:30pm
Thursday: 12:00-2:00pm, 2:00-4:00pm, 4:30-6:30pm
Friday: 3:00-5:00pm
- Greet and assist students, faculty, and other visitors to the office
- Provide front desk coverage as needed
- Deliver and retrieve documents to and from other offices on campus
- Stock and maintain supplies
- Assist with BSB social media
- Perform other duties as requested, delegated or assigned.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Maintain a 3.0 or better GPA
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at Dominican University
