The Office of Career Programs & Employer Relations seeks a motivated student worker to support daily operations, student engagement initiatives, and employer-related processes. This role provides frontline support to students while assisting with communications, events, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with student communications for the office and events
• Create and manage content to enhance social media presence across platforms
• Design flyers and marketing materials using Canva
• Review and approve employer registrations and job postings in 12
  
  Twenty
• Greet and assist students, employers, and visitors to the office
• Provide peer support on resumes, cover letters, job search strategies, and interview preparation
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Open to undergraduate students (freshman through senior)
• Ability to learn and use software platforms such as 12
  
  Twenty and Canva
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Dominican University
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States
