Role
Wellness Nurse (RN) responsible for overseeing resident health, ensuring high-quality and compliant care, and supporting clinical systems in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities- Conducting health assessments and monitoring resident health trends
- Managing medication programs and ensuring accurate documentation
- Coordinating care with families, physicians, and clinical teams
- Supporting infection control and regulatory compliance
- Leading clinical training and staff development
- Monitoring incidents and implementing quality improvements
- Active RN license
- Experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care settings
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ensuring resident wellness through clinical oversight, medication management, team collaboration, and quality assurance to promote a positive living environment.
