• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real-time
• Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support symptom relief with medications
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents
• Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

The role emphasizes preventing medication errors, early detection of health changes, and safeguarding resident safety through clinical precision.

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
