The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Nurse provides essential nursing support in a senior living environment, focusing on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Nurse provides essential nursing support in a senior living environment, focusing on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real-time and transcribe physician orders to support care plan updates.
• Monitor residents' symptoms, report refusals or adverse reactions promptly, and conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs).
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes, maintaining medication carts, completing narcotic counts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Active LPN license in good standing, CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment, observation, and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.
