Provide expert meat cutting knowledge and guidance to the Meat Team and Apprentice Butchers;
Train and mentor team members including butchers and apprentices;

Assist with ordering and inventory management in the absence of Team Leadership;
Maintain clean and sanitary working and shopping environment and ensure compliance with safety standards
