Program Coordinator - Continuing Education Center for Health Professionals
Serves as the primary contact for student and faculty logistical operations, providing comprehensive coordination and administrative support for Continuing Education Center for Health Professionals (CECHP) programs.
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's degree preferred. One year of secretarial experience, with specific experience in word processing and office procedures. One year of health care experience. Project coordination, meeting deadlines, creating reports, "can do" disposition, team oriented, results-oriented, tracking registrations or call leads, social media and excellent customer service.
Coordinate on-site educational offerings, information sessions, and certification exams, support course evaluation, development, and instructor recruitment. Manage and monitor learning materials, including books and supplies, and maintain program documentation such as the CECHP Program Manual and communication templates. Review registrations and tuition statements, monitor student accounts, and ensure timely completion of midterm verification, grade submission, and CEU/certificate processing. Oversee distribution and collection of student evaluations and provide front-line support to prospective and current students.
Participate in offsite resource fairs for marketing opportunities. Work with supervisor to coordinate faculty meetings, departmental events, and CECHP community activities to support program engagement and enrollment growth. Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal departments and assist in developing partnerships with local healthcare providers. Assist in developing seasonal course schedules, promotional materials, and marketing content, including social media and website updates.
Provide program counseling and resolve student concerns in alignment with college policies and practices. Assist Continuing Education office staff with general administrative and clerical functions. Other duties as assigned.
$18.50 per hour, maximum of 28 hours per week. Official transcripts required prior to employment (if applicable). Recommended hire will be subject to pre-employment screenings. Triton College is an AA/EOE.
