• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  One year of customer service related experience.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient with keyboarding and data entry.

• Collects, distributes, and/or processes verification forms, class rosters, progress reports, and transcripts.
• Generates information letters on student status, eligibility and related matters.
• Updates and maintains student computer records.
• Provides information and responds to inquiries and requests, adhering to federal privacy guidelines.
• Verifies residency documentation.
• Orders office supplies.
• Sorts and processes incoming mail.
• May direct and instruct hourly employees and student aide staff.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
