We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great someone who enjoys talking to people, learning new skills, and growing in a sales career. You’ll work with potential customers over the phone, email, and online to help them find the right products or services.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential customers and respond to incoming inquiries

• Learn how to explain our products or services in a clear, friendly way

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and offer helpful solutions

• Follow up with leads and keep conversations moving forward

• Keep notes and update customer information in our system

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree is a plus, but not required)

• Little to no sales experience needed — we’ll train you

• Comfortable talking on the phone and communicating by email

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable, organized, and motivated to succeed

Helpful Skills

• Good communication and listening skills

• Basic computer skills

• Confidence to ask questions and handle feedback

• Ability to stay organized and manage time well
