Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Sales Executive based in River Grove, IL. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and expanding the client base, building strong relationships with customers, and implementing effective sales strategies for the brokerage division. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential new business opportunities, preparing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in freight transportation or logistics/brokerage
  • Transferrable book of business
  • Proven track record of success in brokerage sales
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and customer service
  • Highly effective communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry
  • Experience with sales forecasting and achieving sales metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Full-time on site or hybrid schedule available
