This role is central to keeping freight flowing efficiently across the country, ensuring communities and businesses receive the goods they rely on every day. • Oversee and coordinate nightly linehaul schedules to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
• Communicate with terminals, drivers, and dispatch teams to resolve issues in real time
• Track, update, and maintain load status and route performance
• Optimize lane assignments and equipment utilization for maximum efficiency
• Monitor freight movement and elevate service disruptions when necessary

• Experience with high-volume freight scheduling — unique to fast-paced linehaul operations
• Knowledge of DOT hours-of-service rules beyond standard transportation familiarity
• Ability to manage multi-terminal coordination in a time-sensitive environment
• Proficiency with specialized linehaul routing systems
• Strong decision-making under pressure
