• Coordinate driver schedules and freight logistics for pickups and deliveries
• Communicate shipping details to clients and provide real time delivery updates
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Enter route, delivery, and billing data into the TMS system
• Optimize freight combinations to maximize profitability
• Make independent decisions on routes, stops, and driver assignments
• Review documents for accuracy and analyze shipping data for improvements
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations

• Experience with route optimization tools or advanced logistics software
• Familiarity with DOT regulations beyond basic compliance
• Strong ability to analyze operational data for trends and efficiencies
• Exceptional detail orientation in a high volume dispatch environment
• Proven success managing real time problem solving under pressure
