We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a 25-unit apartment community in Riverbank, CA.

Experience with general building maintenance and landscaping is preferred, and experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, or RD) is a plus.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure the property is well maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
  • Completing maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance to keep building systems in good working condition.
  • Maintain the grounds and landscaping for curb appeal.
  • Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
  • Work with the Property Manager to coordinate vendors and order supplies.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
  • Report lease or house rule violations when observed.
  • Respond appropriately to emergency maintenance situations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

  • Professionalism and strong listening skills.
  • Experience with subsidized housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, or RD) is helpful.
  • General building maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
  • General groundskeeping and landscaping experience.
Basic Requirements
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging, and app functionality (usage reimbursed).
