We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a 25-unit apartment community in Riverbank, CA.
Experience with general building maintenance and landscaping is preferred, and experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, or RD) is a plus.
What You’ll Do- Ensure the property is well maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
- Completing maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Assist with preventative maintenance to keep building systems in good working condition.
- Maintain the grounds and landscaping for curb appeal.
- Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Work with the Property Manager to coordinate vendors and order supplies.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
- Report lease or house rule violations when observed.
- Respond appropriately to emergency maintenance situations.
- Follow company policies and procedures.

- Experience with subsidized housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, or RD) is helpful.
- General building maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- General groundskeeping and landscaping experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging, and app functionality (usage reimbursed).
