Maintenance Supervisor

We re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for residential communities.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance leadership responsibilities with hands‑on technical work, ensuring properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained.

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and support maintenance technicians.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems.
• Coordinate apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents.
• Complete preventive maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Monitor maintenance inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure work orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow all maintenance and safety procedures.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests when needed.

• Universal EPA Certification (Required)
• At least 2 years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• HVAC systems
• Electrical repairs
• Plumbing
• Appliance repair
• General building maintenance
• Experience with apartment make‑ready/unit turns.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining actively involved in maintenance work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver s license with reliable transportation.
