Location: Southern Regional Medical Center - Riverdale, GA

We are seeking aHospital Maintenance Painter,sometimes referred to as aFacilities Painter.

The Hospital Maintenance Painterwillhelpmaintaina clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. In this role,you’llperform painting, wall repairs, and surface preparation throughout the hospital while following safety and infection-control standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

• Prepare, patch, sand, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces.

• Perform drywall repairs, touch-ups, and routine cosmetic maintenance throughout the facility.

• Match paint colors andfinishtomaintaina consistent, professional appearance.

• Follow hospital safety,infection-prevention, and work-area cleanliness requirements.

• Work collaboratively with the Facilities team while minimizing disruption to patients and hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
• Valid current state driver's license
• Minimum 0-1 years healthcare experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
